What is Paradigm Strategos?

What is the future of Western civilization? Are we doomed to perpetual culture war and partisan conflict?

And if a new paradigm is on the way, what will it be?

Paradigm Strategos exists to answer these questions by taking a big-picture view of the present in light of the past.

The future is a tricky thing to predict, but we can reach for historical parallels and try to see how past civilizational paradigms—empires, dynasties, religious and intellectual traditions—have risen and fallen.

A Paradigm for the Future

At the same time, Paradigm Strategos advocates a positive vision, a set of answers to these questions.

The West is in decline due to a complex blend of factors and an interlinked and compounding set of crises.

However, the atomized nature of our society—in many ways a legacy of the civilizational “crown fire” of the 20th century—and our governing ideology means we are spectacularly ill-equipped to handle these crises.

The solution is a cultural, philosophical, and spiritual renaissance toward vitalism, toward meaning, purpose, and identity for our Folk.

In other words, the solution is a new paradigm.
